The set of two Froach Pods from Joseph Joseph offer an innovative and healthier way to cook eggs in a non-stick pan. The pods combine frying and poaching in one design that uses less oil than regular frying. Made from heat resistant silicone, the egg rings feature a small reservoir into which you add a little water. As the water heats up during cooking, the water turns to steam that will flow across the top of the egg to cook it. The base of the egg cooks normally without sticking due to the presence of the steam.
